Pittsburgh Plastics Mfg Inc works with our customers to help turn ideas into a reality.  We can work with your Engineering team to help choose the best materials for the job – which is often the difference between making a product a success… or a bust, as well as tooling design and manufacturing processes.   We specialize in Shore OO to Shore OOO, but work with harder durometers as well.

Materials we most often work with include: Polyurethanes, Silicones, TPEs, TPUs, Hydrogels & Foams.  Machinery capability in house includes: CNC, Open Casting, Injection Molding, Compression Molding, RF Welding, Thermo Impulse Welding, Ultra Sonic Welding, Thermoforming, Screen Printing, Packaging & more.

PPM is ISO 13485 certified and has a rigorous Quality program to ensure that our processes meet the most scrutinizing standards.

PPMs team is also highly knowledgeable about biocompatibility and the need for medical products to adhere to different levels of biocompatibility depending on utilization of the products.
